  Dear Chairman (The Attorney General) & Vice Chairman of BBC,

  With due respect, I am writing to you with endless grief and frustration, on behalf of the thousands of student who have completed their LLB (Pass) degree from different private university and submitted their Pupilage Registration Form and Fees in BBC. After submission of the Forms we had been waiting with a great expectation for last two years for the registration.
  But unfortunately, BBC circulated a notice on 2nd August 2016 in its website that the registration of LLB (Pass) degree from all private universities will be held up! Would you please let us know, why?

  Dear Sir, We have completed our LLB (Pass) degree from those private universities which have got permission from UGC to award the degree. Moreover, you better know that most of the students of LLB (Pass) are aged, service holder and married who have to rear their children, parents and other dependents. But we all sacrificed our attention, affection and personal life and attended classes, studied and appeared in the exams regularly in long two years.

  We have read in several newspapers that BBC thinks/ believes that many students have obtained LLB (Pass) certificates from several private universities in illegal/ unethical way! That is why, the registration has been held up! Even if we accept this as true, where is the problem to prevent them in getting advocateship certificate? We know that BBC has the BCS standard exam process i.e. MCQ, Written and Viva. Nobody believes that a fake LLB student can pass these exams easily without any study. But if BBC thinks that these exams are not enough to prevent those fake students then make the exams harder!

  But do not destroy the lives of thousands of genuine LLB (Pass) student who have the legal and human rights to be a lawyer in future! Please, give us a chance to take the challenge, to show our courage, to appear in the exam, to prove our education, and to build up our aim.

  Dear Sir, you are our guardian! We hope – a guardian must not see his followers moving around in the street aimlessly, hopelessly and helplessly! We hope in great extent – you will understand our emotion, and value our aspiration!

  মহামান্য রাষ্ট্রপতি ও মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী এবং প্রধান বিচারপতির দৃষ্টি আকর্ষণ করে দু’ কলম লিখা।

  আমরা কিছু দেশের উচ্চ শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত পথহারা প্রতীক। যাদের কথা কেউ শুনে না বা কেউ মানে না বা যাদের আর্তনাদের ধ্বনি কেউ দেখে না। সত্যি আমরা শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত হয়ে দেশের বড় ধরনের বোঝা হয়ে দাঁড়িয়েছি। চাকরী ভাগ্যে জুটে না বটে কিন্তু বেকারত্বের অভিশাপ থেকে মুক্ত হওয়া কিংবা স্বপ্ন পূরণের প্রত্যয় নিয়ে দেশের নিয়ম শৃংখল বজায় রেখে শিক্ষামন্ত্রণালয়ের অধীনে গঠিত ইউ.জি.সির অনুমোদিত বেসরকারি বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে দু’বছর মেয়াদী এলএল.বি (পাস) কোর্স করি একটি স্বাধীন পেশায় নিজেদের কে নিয়োজিত করার লক্ষ্যে। যার সমর্থনে পাসকৃত ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের কে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হয়েছে।

  কিন্তু দুঃখের বিষয় বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিল তার বিপরীতে অবস্থান নিয়েছে। বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিল যখন সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়ে নোটিশ জারী করে তখন আমরা বহু ছাত্র-ছাত্রী একটি বছর অতিক্রম করেছি আবার অনেকে শেষ সেমিটার পর্যায়ে। এমতাবস্থায় আইন বিষয়ে শিক্ষার্থীদের কে বিপাকে ফেলা। সুতরাং বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিল এমন কোন সিদ্ধান্ত নিতে পারে না যাতে দেশের উজ্জল ভবিষ্যৎ আইনজীবী হওয়ার পথ রোধ্য হয়।

  আমরা স্বাগত জানায় বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিলের সিদ্ধান্ত কে আগামী দিনের জন্য তবে যারা ইতিমধ্যে এনটিমেশন জমা দিয়েছে বা যারা সবেমাত্র সার্টিফিকেট হাতে পেয়েছে এমন শিক্ষার্থীদের কে সু বিবেচনায় এনে সুযোগ দেয়ার জন্য বিনীত অনুরোধ রইল। দেশের একজন নাগরিকের স্বপ্ন ভেঙ্গে দেওয়া মানে একটি পরিবারের আশা ভেঙ্গে দেওয়া। একটি পরিবারের আশা ভাঙ্গা মানে একটি ওয়ার্ডে শিক্ষার প্রতি অবহেলা সৃষ্টি করা। সুতরাং ভাল সিদ্ধান্ত নেবে বাংলাদেশ বার কাউন্সিল।

  আমার অভাগার লেখা টি সকলে শেয়ার করে বা পত্রিকায় প্রকাশিত করে মহামান্য রাষ্ট্রপতি ও মাননীয় প্রধানমন্ত্রী এবং প্রধান বিচারপতির দৃষ্টিগোছরে আনার অনুরোধ সকল স্তরের মানুষের প্রতি।
