Enrolment Viva Result

This is for information of all concerned that the candidates bearing the following Roll Numbers have been declared passed the viva-voce examination for enrolment as Advocates held from 20-04-2016 to 27-04-2016. The successful candidates have, accordingly, qualified to be enrolled as Advocates to practise throughout Bangladesh in any Court, Tribunal or revenue authority subordinate to the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. They are now required to obtain membership of their opted Bar Association within six months to start their legal profession.

Enrollment Viva Voce Schedule of Casual & 3rd Examiner Candidates

In continuation of the Bar Council’s Notice No.BBC/ES-2016/786 dated 11-04-2016 this is for information of all concerned that the viva-voce examination of the casual candidates (and of the candidates qualified in the 3rd Examiner) will be held on 26-04-2016 and on 27-04-2016 as per the time table given as attached file.

Enrolment Result of 120 Candidates after 3rd Phase Evaluation

As per the resolution dated 06-02-2016 of the Enrolment Committee of The Bangladesh Bar Council, the answer scripts of the 120 examines were re-examined by the “Third Examiners”. The answer scripts were sent to the third examiners where there was a difference of twenty or above marks between the two examiners. Out of those examines, the examines bearing the following Roll Numbers who appeared in the written examination on 31-07-2016 for enrolment as Advocates, have qualified in the written examination. They are now required to appear in the viva-voce examination to be held as per schedule to be announced shortly. The viva-voce examination will be held at the Bar Council Bhaban.

Guidelines for Viva Candidates

Viva exam candidates will put on duly Court-Dress (Black Coat and Black Tie) for attending the Viva-Voce.

Bar Council viva exam candidates must bring with them the following documents must be original copies–

  • Admit Card, Case-Diary.
  • All Educational certificates and mark sheets (S.SC/ Equivalent, H.S.C / Equivalent, LL.B LL.M).
  • For LL.B (Pass) candidates need to submit his previous graduation original mark sheets and certificates. Barrister will submit his Bar-at-Law certificates.
  • Viva exam candidates results (if it has been passed) shall be suspended an indefinite period if candidate fails to bring Admit Card and above mentioned original certificates and mark sheets.
  • Any unnecessary documents other than the above-mentioned documents / materials are forbidden to bring with candidates.
