In continuation of the Bar Council’s Notice No.BBC/ES-2016/786 dated 11-04-2016 this is for information of all concerned that the viva-voce examination of the casual candidates (and of the candidates qualified in the 3rd Examiner) will be held on 26-04-2016 and on 27-04-2016 as per the time table given as attached file.

As per the resolution dated 06-02-2016 of the Enrolment Committee of The Bangladesh Bar Council, the answer scripts of the 120 examines were re-examined by the “Third Examiners”. The answer scripts were sent to the third examiners where there was a difference of twenty or above marks between the two examiners. Out of those examines, the examines bearing the following Roll Numbers who appeared in the written examination on 31-07-2016 for enrolment as Advocates, have qualified in the written examination. They are now required to appear in the viva-voce examination to be held as per schedule to be announced shortly. The viva-voce examination will be held at the Bar Council Bhaban.
Viva exam candidates will put on duly Court-Dress (Black Coat and Black Tie) for attending the Viva-Voce.

Bangladesh Bar Council High Court Permission Written Examination 2016
Admit Cards will be made available from 03-01-2016 to 07-01-2016 during Office Hour [10:00 AM to 04:00 PM] in the Bar Council Office. Candidates are being requested to collect their Admit Cards as per the Roll Number listed in the attached file. They are also being advised to collect the Admit Cards during the mentioned time schedule from the Bar Council Office.
For Permission to Practice in the High Court Division scheduled Written Test will be held on 09-01-2016. Please follow the download Link for the List of the Candidates whose applications are found incomplete for the reasons stated against their names.
